- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for overnight positions at client facilities
- Manage real-time staffing assignments and schedule adjustments during night hours
- Resolve urgent staffing issues and provide 24/7 client support
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety protocols for night shift operations
- Process payroll and documentation for temporary night shift employees
- Build relationships with local employers requiring overnight workforce solutions
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
