In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, ensuring we meet our aggressive placement goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, etc.) using various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of placing candidates in the IT and Engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of technical methodologies, software development lifecycles, and relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
