Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews for software development roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation with 95% fill rate
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers at top government contractors
- Leverage ATS systems to track KPIs and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill cybersecurity positions
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering roles
- Expertise in sourcing for cloud/AWS, DevOps, and cybersecurity positions
- Proven ability to pass technical interviews for coding and system design
- Deep network of contacts in DC's tech ecosystem
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with federal clearance processes and compliance requirements
- Metrics-driven mindset with demonstrated success in placement rates
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
