Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for senior software engineers and cloud architects
- Leverage Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse talent pipelines
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on competency frameworks
- Develop innovative employer branding strategies for client engagements
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics dashboards
- Mentor junior recruiters on market mapping and competitive intelligence
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Seattle market
- Proven success placing cloud/AI talent at AWS, Microsoft, or Tableau
- Expertise in ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of software engineering lifecycles
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Strong network of Pacific Northwest tech professionals
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Excellent stakeholder management with Fortune 500 clients
