Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill IT positions across Dallas tech hubs
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and AI tools to identify passive candidates
- Develop deep client relationships through quarterly business reviews
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction metrics
- Lead recruitment process improvements using data-driven insights
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced interviewing techniques
- Manage ATS pipeline with 98% data accuracy
- Represent agency at 4+ tech recruitment events annually
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Texas market
- Proven success placing engineers, data scientists, and DevOps roles
- Expert-level knowledge of Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills for competitive offers
- Experience with Greenhouse or Lever ATS systems
- Strong understanding of DFW tech ecosystem
