Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for Python, Cloud, and AI/ML roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech forums
- Partner with CTOs to define hiring needs and craft compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate live interviews with engineering teams
- Drive diversity initiatives through targeted outreach programs
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
- Manage CRM pipeline with 95%+ data hygiene compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or scaling startups
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find Cloud/AI talent
- Technical aptitude to assess Python/ML skills
- Proven track record placing 50+ engineers annually
- ATS mastery (Greenhouse/Lever preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating successful client placements
