Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for senior-level software engineering roles across fintech, AI, and cybersecurity sectors
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, GitHub scraping, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through targeted outreach and relationship management
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate competency alignment
- Collaborate with clients to define role requirements and provide market insights
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing our ATS workflow for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven track record placing candidates at seed to Series C startups
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (Python, React, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Expertise in recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM expertise
- Strong network within NYC's tech ecosystem
