Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume engineering roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks for tech roles
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.)
- Proven track record placing candidates at LA-based tech companies
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
