Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior tech roles using Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in cloud, AI, and DevOps
- Manage client relationships through weekly business reviews and KPI reporting
- Lead candidate assessments including technical screenings and panel interviews
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to expand candidate pools
- Optimize ATS workflows to reduce time-to-fill by 30%
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing
- Proven track record placing 50+ tech professionals annually
- Expert knowledge of Baltimore tech market and emerging talent trends
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
