Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (Engineering, IT, Software Development).
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Manage client relationships and understand their hiring needs to deliver top-tier placements.
- Track metrics and provide weekly reports on recruitment activities.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Strong understanding of technical job markets and ability to speak the language of developers and engineers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for career growth and success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
