Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and niche roles within the Miami market.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conducting engaging phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop recruiting strategies and close placements.
- Managing a robust pipeline of candidates and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
