Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from pipeline generation to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
