Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates for specialized roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from creating compelling job descriptions and posting to screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their evolving workforce needs.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct rigorous phone and technical interviews to ensure candidate quality and cultural fit.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability to internal teams.
- Onboarding Support: Partner with HR to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or executive search firm.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
