Responsibilities
- Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including social media, Boolean searches, and networking, to build robust talent pipelines.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and manage the interview calendar efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Network: Strong professional network within the Hampton Roads business community is a plus.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
