Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for full-time placements within the Miami market.
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer letter, ensuring a seamless process.
- Utilize data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, executive search, or corporate recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-volume, full-time roles in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
