Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media, networking, and database mining.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key accounts and long-term projects.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job requisition to offer letter.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking data to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
