What You Will Do
As a Senior Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, ensuring we place the right candidates in the right roles efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruiting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
