Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire roles.
- Manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing strategies and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to offer competitive compensation packages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions within a recruitment agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client and candidate service.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Fresno area.
