Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates across IT, Finance, and Healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Lead client consultations to refine hiring strategies and deliver exceptional service
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team workflows
- Drive business development through networking and client relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Miami's talent market and industry regulations
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong data literacy with recruitment metrics reporting experience
