Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for high-volume and niche roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches) to identify top-tier candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies that drive business growth.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our candidate pool remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical staffing, executive search, or general recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
