Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ Columbus-area employers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize hiring metrics
- Lead recruitment projects for high-volume and specialized talent needs
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of placing 100+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Columbus's local talent market and key industries
- ATS proficiency (Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
