Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, networking) to identify passive talent.
- Manage and optimize job postings on multiple platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open requisitions.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment practices in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
