Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify and engage passive talent.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams, and manage the candidate experience from application to offer.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure our candidates are competitive and our clients are informed.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Network: Existing network in the Philadelphia area or specific industry verticals is a plus.
