Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure timely placements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local businesses and hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide market feedback to clients.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve placement rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the state of Kansas.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
