Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for permanent/placement roles across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain client relationships with 15-20 key accounts
- Source and vet candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS with 95% data accuracy
- Present strategic workforce solutions to C-suite executives
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruitment or agency staffing
- Proven success placing specialized roles (engineers, nurses, financial analysts)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presence
- Deep knowledge of Omaha's talent landscape and labor market trends
- Ability to manage 25+ concurrent assignments simultaneously
- Results-driven with documented 80%+ placement rates
