- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation packages and retention strategies
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to optimize candidate matching and pipeline management
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining 95% client satisfaction metrics
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within candidate pools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in Washington DC metropolitan area
- Proven track record placing candidates in federal contracting or cybersecurity roles
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite executives
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing methodologies
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with competing deadlines
- Strong understanding of DC labor laws and compliance requirements
