In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle recruitment process, from market mapping to final placement. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring we remain the go-to staffing partner for Fresno's top employers.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top-tier candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through proactive networking, social media engagement, and leveraging job boards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and industry trends.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and salary benchmarks.
- Manage candidate onboarding, orientation, and compliance documentation to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through successful placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling roles in a high-volume agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for connecting people.
