Your Role
You will be the face of our brand to both clients and candidates, acting as a strategic partner to ensure successful placements that drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for a diverse range of positions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet client demands for immediate and future openings.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and industry trends to advise clients on compensation packages.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and ensure placement satisfaction.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume roles within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of attention to detail.
