Responsibilities
- Source, vet, and place top-tier candidates across tech, finance, and creative industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and passive talent networks
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and success rates
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with SF Bay Area focus
- Proven success placing technical and executive roles at scale
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong market knowledge of SF's competitive talent landscape
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
