Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in volume recruitment
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Las Vegas job market and industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
