Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions across diverse industries in Georgia
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with 20+ key employers
- Source and vet top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Georgia
- Lead negotiation and offer management for high-value placements
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through strategic account management
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using our proprietary ATS
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Georgia market
- Proven track record placing candidates in $70k+ salary roles
- Expert knowledge of Georgia's employment landscape and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
