Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Placement & Closing: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales within the technology or industrial sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional tone.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend networking events.
