Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards to source passive and active candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect match for client needs and company culture.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding and follow-up.
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to meet aggressive placement targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, iCIMS).
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the Las Vegas valley.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
