Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent through advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, referrals)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and executive roles across multiple industries
- Develop deep client relationships through quarterly business reviews and strategic planning
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job fairs and employer branding campaigns
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS optimization and compliance (EEO, OFCCP)
- Analyze recruitment metrics to implement process improvements
- Represent agency at industry conferences and networking events
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with technical hiring experience
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Cleveland's talent landscape
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
