Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in healthcare, logistics, and technology
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of Memphis's job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
