Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for high-volume client assignments
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced networking techniques
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate qualifications against client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement
- Build and maintain relationships with key hiring decision-makers at partner organizations
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and compensation benchmarks in Pennsylvania market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania talent markets
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for candidate and client agreements
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
