Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition

Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, commission-based structure
