Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and strategic consultative selling
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools and networking strategies to identify passive candidates
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment metrics for performance optimization
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and CRM platforms
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
