Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for full-time positions with top-tier clients
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media recruiting and talent mapping
- Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics
- Maintain accurate data in ATS systems and provide weekly performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
