Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place high-caliber candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Cultivate executive relationships with Fortune 500 clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using cutting-edge ATS platforms
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage contract agreements
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment ROI for clients
- Mentor junior recruiters and refine agency-wide recruitment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven success placing candidates in competitive LA markets
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Valid CA driver's license for client meetings
