Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including hospitality, IT, and healthcare
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client intake to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ corporate clients in Las Vegas metro area
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and AI-powered tools to optimize talent pipeline
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and compensation trends
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job fairs, social media campaigns, and networking events
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction score through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Deep understanding of Las Vegas job market and local talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and data-driven recruitment strategies
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 80% offer acceptance rate
- Strong network of 500+ active candidates in Southern Nevada
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles for multiple clients simultaneously
