Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track metrics, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates for high-demand roles in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding campaigns
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with proven success in agency or corporate environments
- Expert knowledge of Boston's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, and placement rates
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
