Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent and temporary positions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure quality placements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage job orders and candidate data efficiently.
- Drive sales through active sourcing and converting applicants into placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong ability to identify top talent and assess cultural fit.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
