Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening of candidate resumes and applications to identify top talent.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates using our CRM software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process and ensure compliance with all company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for local client meetings).
