Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and recruitment campaigns to identify passive and active candidates for various industries.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using social media platforms, job boards, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and time management.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
