Responsibilities
- Source and Screen: Conduct market research and utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify, engage, and screen qualified technical candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and workforce needs.
- Interviewing: Perform thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Strategy: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions efficiently and accurately.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regarding candidate status, client interactions, and pipeline activity.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates and clients through the offer process, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources, preferably within the IT or technical sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms and resume databases to locate passive candidates.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar software.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology is a strong plus.
