Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment pipeline using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level with strong aptitude considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
