- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Texas market
- Proven track record placing technical and healthcare professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever)
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor regulations
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
