Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for Fortune 500 clients in the Tampa Bay area
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean sourcing and professional networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contract terms for contract-to-hire placements
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience in Florida
- Proven track record placing professionals in $75K+ roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with technical recruitment experience
- ATS proficiency with data-driven reporting capabilities
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
- Strong network of Tampa Bay professionals across key industries
