Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments for technical candidates
- Manage client relationships and negotiate compensation packages
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnel
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record placing technical and healthcare professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of San Antonio's talent market dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions simultaneously
